Julian Orsen
Principal, Cryptography
Julian works at the boundary between cryptographic research and usable software. He has spent his career translating technical security properties into requirements that product and engineering teams can implement and test. His interests include privacy-preserving computation, verification systems, and the operational details of key management. At VEYRION, Julian evaluates emerging approaches by asking what a system guarantees, which assumptions it requires, and where those guarantees matter to a customer. He supports founders with technical diligence, precise product narratives, and the selection of early use cases that justify adopting a new tool.
