Iris works with founders to make technical products easier to discover, understand, and use. She has built example applications, written documentation, and organized small developer programs centered on direct feedback. Her approach begins by trying the product herself and noting every place where the intended path becomes unclear. At VEYRION, Iris supports developer onboarding, technical storytelling, and the design of useful early community experiences. She sees developer relations as a continuous exchange between a product team and its users, with the strongest insights often emerging from a careful conversation about one frustrating task.
